Do you love wildlife and adventure? If yes, you should definitely try out some of the safari services at the Kruger National Park. We go all out to ensure that our guests are having a great time and that they are well looked after. Our vehicles are exceptionally comfortable and well maintained, and our drivers and tour operators know exactly where to go to provide you with some real adventure and excitement! We have a few options when it comes to our Kruger Park safari services. These include the following:
Full-day game drive in the Kruger National Park: We get an early start at Hoedspruit, where we pick up our guests. We then head for the game reserve for a full day’s worth of game watching. The Kruger National Park is famous for its Big 5 – the five most elusive big game species in Africa. These include the lion, rhino, buffalo, elephant, and leopard. If it’s your lucky day, you could end up seeing all five in one day! We ensure your comfort with regular rest stops and a lunch break at one of the many rest camps in the reserve. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the wild and natural surroundings.
A Trip to the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre: If you want to get a close-up look at rhinos, cheetahs, or wild dogs, our safari services provide you with the unique opportunity to visit this special centre. Originally set up as a breeding programme for cheetahs, the centre has expanded to provide safety and breeding programmes for other endangered species as well. This 2-hour visit provides guests with a real opportunity to learn more about these animals.
The Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre: Another one of our safari services near the Kruger Park includes a visit to this rehab centre. The centre is mainly focused on the rehabilitation and release of injured or poisoned wild animals. Injured wildlife is brought here and a decision is made about the welfare of the animal. The centre must decide whether release back into the wild is possible. In some cases, this is not possible, so certain animals remain behind at the centre as permanent residents to act as ambassadors for their species. This means that there are a lot of interesting animals to see here, and it is even possible to interact with a few of them! It is a kid’s paradise that both old and young will enjoy. Create a memory of a lifetime and spend some time here learning more about rare species. The tour takes about two and a half hours and there are two tours daily.
Our safari services provide you with the unique opportunity to encounter and experience wildlife in a safe and relaxing manner inside or near the Kruger National Park. We do, however, advise, that if you have a group of eight or more, you should book well in advance to ensure that everyone gets a seat. Just give our office a call to book your exciting adventure today.
